Each week has worksheets and questions to consider. You have on-going access to the lessons themselves. There will be weekly question and answer sessions to help clear up any confusion, and there's daily accountability threads to keep you on track and get new ideas for meals. Right after you sign up, grab a sipper and spend 20-30 minutes to go through the course pre-work. It'll help you to know yourself and your eating style a little better, so we can customize THM to you!


After joining Back to Basics, you'll immediately be taken to two waiver forms that you'll need to sign. THM headquarters requires a waiver from all coaching clients, and Rise Above with Coach Diane has a coaching waiver.

Forms can be signed digitally right away. After signing the forms, you'll be directed to the private Facebook group. You'll also receive an email within 10 minutes with the login info for the weekly lessons, workbooks, sample menus, and bonuses.

There's a little bit of homework to complete before the first week starts to learn how to best use THM for your personality and best success.

We're cheering for you to get to your goal weight in a healthy and safe manner! However, everyone's body is different and releases weight at different times depending on a wide variety of factors.

While we can't guarantee any weight loss or that you'll get to goal weight in these next 6 weeks, we can give you the tools to follow the Trim Healthy Mama diet, which has helped thousands of people to lose weight.

Typically, women who have a bit more to lose tend to lose weight faster in the beginning, and women who are closer to goal weight or already have a more nutritious diet tend to lose weight more slowly.

Medical experts usually recommend a weight loss of 1-2 pounds a week as a healthy guideline for sustainable weight loss. If the body has additional healing and repair to go, weight loss may be slower.


We'd love to have you in the private Facebook group, but we understand that not everyone uses Facebook. We are reviewing other platforms for community for future groups, but for this group, we'll be using Facebook.

Some women make a temporary account to use just during the 6 weeks of coaching. If you choose not to use Facebook, you can still access all of the lessons, workbooks, and question and answer sessions.
